I’m thrilled to be contributing to SheOwnsIt.com. My post this month focuses on the popular popular Japanese proverb, “The nail that sticks out gets hammered.” I cotend that if that nail wears heels and lipstick, it is all but certain that it will get slammed back into place.
If you haven’t been hammered lately, you’re fortunate. You’re either in a position where you opinion is being listened to or you’re hiding and saying very little. But even if you hide in your cubicle, some day you’ll want to break out and be more than what and where you are.
